Applesauce (Quarter Horse)

Applesauce is a handsome palomino gelding he is a solid built and stout boy standing 15.1 hands and 11 years old. Applesauce is the definition of a true gentleman. He is a trusty steady eddie ride. He is content cruising down any trail and will be the one you can count on to be confident and will to navigating through most any type of terrain. He will go through dense forest, cross rushing rivers, and climb the highest mountains remaining sure footed. Applesauce has been ridden at state parks and is used to hikers, bikers and families walking the trails. He is not bothered with any of it. He has been ridden by timid riders to advanced. He will be patient and gentle will adapt for different levels. Applesauce has seen all the trail obstacles and will willingly accomplish them. Applesauce will calmly walk over the tittering bridge, climb right on the tires, walk over poles and try most any obstacle you can think of. He doesn’t get bothered by the tarp, ball or flying flags. Applesauce will walk trot and lope correct circles and picks up the correct leads and transitions nicely. He has a nice stop and easy back up and is very responsive to cues. He has been out to gather cattle, checking fence and ride through pairs. He is easy to tack up, clip and loves to be groomed he will talk to you when you go out to catch him. He is very friendly and happy to go out with you. This boy would be a great addition to a family that loves a horse with personality. Applesauce is a more whoa then go and very content just moseying along checking out new sights. He will meet you at the gate and is happy to see you. He is the one you can count on for countless adventures and to know he will always be a solid companion.
