Standing 14.2 hands, Blu is admired for his refined head, captivating blue eyes, beautiful coat color, and eye-catching markings.

Blu is a gentle, well-mannered stallion with a calm and willing temperament. He is broke to ride and offers smooth, comfortable movement. Due to his athleticism and training, he is best suited for an intermediate to advanced rider. In the show ring, Blu has proven himself as a consistent performer, earning multiple first-place finishes thanks to his quality, presence, and movement.

As a proven sire, Blu settles mares efficiently and has produced numerous exceptional foals with outstanding conformation, temperament, and color. His rare genetic makeup makes him especially valuable for breeding programs. Carrying the uncommon double agouti (AA) and double red (ee) genes along with a single cream (nCR) gene, he will consistently pass both the agouti and red genes to every foal. The agouti gene modifies black pigment, producing bay horses from black-based offspring and buckskins from smoky black offspring when combined with the cream gene.

Blu was bred by Gypsy Dance Ranch in Minnesota before relocating to Utah as a yearling. He combines excellent bloodlines, proven performance, remarkable breeding value, and a gentle nature, making him an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a quality riding and breeding stallion.
